Product Overview
The 10kV composite long rod insulator is designed to suspend conductors, withstand mechanical loads and provide reliable electrical insulation in overhead distribution systems. Wishpower manufactures the insulator with a high-strength fiberglass core rod, silicone rubber housing and corrosion-resistant end fittings. Its lightweight structure, pollution resistance and weathering performance make it suitable for new 10kV lines, distribution network upgrades and the replacement of conventional porcelain or glass insulators.
1. Product Overview
The Wishpower 10kV composite long rod insulator combines the load-bearing core, external insulation housing and metal end fittings into an integrated structure. It is developed for outdoor overhead lines where stable electrical insulation and mechanical strength are required under changing environmental conditions.

Fiberglass Core Rod

Packaging & Transportation
